She clearly had experience in listening to our likes and dislikes and formulating a plan that was flexible enough to handle our indecision and inexperience. She was easy to communicate with and set me at ease as I was timid about asking questions. She was quick to respond and patient as we thought through her suggestions.

She listens superbly to her clients and helps to design with their tastes in mind BUT also helps to stretch the boundaries a bit. We redid our living room to get a more cozy, library type feel and she quickly picked up on what we were looking for and helped to work in a piano that is meaningful to our family. We loved her creativity to bring out different aspects of what we had described and provided a couple of options for us to consider. We adjusted some things but by and large didn't change too much. Also, she selected a pattern for our chairs that we NEVER would have considered in 1,000 years on our own but we love it and understand why she chose it. Also, she was responsive in follow up questions over the months after the order to help give her perspective on aspects of the room that didn't necessarily deal with the parts that she designed. When we have another remodeling effort, we would work with her in a heartbeat!

She is extremely patient, kind, a good listener and collaborates so well. She takes your dreams and really goes above and beyond to make it happen. It’s truly my pleasure to be a client and the customer service and appreciation is mutual.
